This monumental house in the busy Provenierswijk in Rotterdam, The Netherlands was internally renovated and has a new rooftop terrace. The residence has been completely renovated and revitalized.
On the second floor, an old wooden 'extension' on the balcony (what used to be a shower) has been removed and an new luxurious bathroom has been realized in the attic. The roof of the house has been saved from collapse and the middle section has been raised to a platform with on top a quaint roof terrace.
